Spent Xmas in this hotel, location was great, right by the slopes and lifts and snowy winters can’t get better than that! Loved the festive decorations and the Xmas dinner was amazing. Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hot shower was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Ski storage was great – right by the entrance to the slopes!
The outdated decor made for a depressing atmosphere in the common areas. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Too far away from the city and poor standard. Hotel is hold and require renovation

food was good, quite good location, other guests
A bit more care on keeping surroundings in good shape and more control on the details (ie, lighting the fire on time). Skiing boot room in particular needed a bit of cleaning and sorting out.

During our city break, we stayed in a lovely retreat nestled in the heart of the Alps. We enjoyed magnificent views of the surrounding countryside from our comfortable rooms. The outdoor pool was an added bonus and was surrounded by plenty of sun loungers for guests to relax on. The hotel's restaurant had a wide selection of dishes, all cooked to perfection, which made for a delicious dining experience.
The hotel's exterior was a little dated and could have been better maintained. The corridors leading to the rooms were quite confusing, and it was hard to find our way around.

We had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and we loved the wooden design. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. We especially enjoyed the beautiful location and the amazing views from our terrace. the staff were all very hardworking and accommodating.
The signage to locate the hotel was a bit confusing.

We had a great time! The best aspects were the charming wooden-style rooms that were clean with a beautiful terrace view. The staff were friendly and hard-working, going out of their way to explain the menu to us despite our limited French. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied meal, with something for everyone's taste buds.
Nothing that we didn't like.
